Iluka Emporium is proud to acclaim the work of Maclean High School students Sam Williams, Zanna Howland-Rose, Connor Allen, Shayanne Hart, Lyle Howarth, Bella Ridgway and Crystal Frewin.
A selection of student works will be on exhibition at the Iluka Emporium for the month of November. Year 12 Visual Art students are required to create a ‘Body of Work' which is assessed with attention to the artist's strengths in ‘Material Practice' and ‘Conceptual Strength'.
The concepts themes and subject matter used by the students who are exhibiting address a range of issues from the personal to universal. Media and choice of artform shows variety and reflects the many ways one can communicate visually. The works are uplifting, thought provoking and engaging.
Iluka Emporium is proud to showcase these talented Year 12 students' ‘Body of Work' and would like to acclaim the success and passion of these students in mastering this visual language.
An official opening will be held on Friday the 11th November from 5-7pm. You're invited to come along and share the celebrations and acclaim these talented, emerging Clarence Valley Artists.
