On the 24th February, 2015, Mr Crowley's Year 12 Geography class heard Fiona Ensby, a guest speaker from Clarence Valley Council, speak about water quality testing and human impacts and management issues on the floodplain and estuary of the Clarence River. The class also did some water quality testing at the back of the school near the western oval. It was a very informative morning and the students took a lot away about the key issues surrounding how the Clarence River and its floodplain operate and the human impacts and management responses.
